In order to ensure that our business dealings are as simple as possible we have negotiated authority from all our Insurers which allows us to automatically give risk transfer. This is confirmed within the Terms of Business Agreement between Ingham Underwriting and you, our Brokers. As a result, when you have received payment, the Insurer is deemed to have received payment and you are therefore holding Insurer money and not Client money.
